Outlaw Valley Tactical (OVT) Terms and Conditions

Outlaw Valley Tactical (OVT) terms and conditions require buyers to certify they comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding their purchases. Key policies outline shipping limits, strict return guidelines, and warranty protocols.

Terms & Conditions, Key Policies & Restrictions

• Legal Compliance: The customer assumes full liability for the purchase, ownership, and use of firearm accessories. You must independently verify your local regulations before purchasing.
• Shipping Timeframe: OVT takes pride in our shipping time frames. Most of our orders ship out within 24-48 business hours, but some can take up to 72 hours to ship out depending on volume of orders, weekends, and holidays. We stay in constant communication with our customers throughout the entire process, but feel free to reach out for any questions!
• Order Cancellations: Cancellations will be reviewed within 24 hours, but cancellations are requests and are not guaranteed. If an order has already entered processing or been shipped, it cannot be canceled and falls under the return policy at the buyer’s expense.
• Shipping Restrictions: OVT enforces strict, jurisdiction-specific restrictions on certain barrels, pistol slides, triggers, magazines, and other parts (such as strict regulations in states like Illinois, California). Check your local laws and restrictions prior to placing an order.
  • Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) restrictions, international shipping on any firearms accessories or parts will not be permitted or processed.
• Returns & Refunds: Outlaw Valley Tactical will accept a return of an item for replacement (if a replacement item is available) or a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs and any applicable restocking fee, provided such return is made within 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of the purchased item.
  • Unless there is an item defect or a valid item performance issue, returned items must be resalable (no wear or usage), in original packaging, and with all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. If the item is not returned in resalable condition, Outlaw Valley Tactical may reject the return.
  • All returns MUST INCLUDE a completed Return Merchandise Form with the returned item for Outlaw Valley Tactical to process the request, issue a refund, or replace the item. The customer MUST contact Customer Service at info@outlawvalleytactical.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and number BEFORE returning any item.
  • If the customer fails to include a Return Merchandise Form with the returned item(s), or if the Return Merchandise Form is incomplete, Outlaw Valley Tactical will NOT process a refund or replacement for the item(s) and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
  • All returned items must be received by Outlaw Valley Tactical prior to any replacement being shipped or refund being issued.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

  Note: All returns will be fully inspected and subject to return denial if the item is not resalable due to damage or noticeable wear on the item or its original packaging.
